High Speed Disperser
We are one of the highly established manufacturers and suppliers of the High Speed Disperser under the brand name of the MIKRONS®. High Speed Dispersers are built with all the features and versatility required to produce a wide variety of products. It is an ideal mixer in case of dispersions that are up to a maximum of 50,000 centipoises and is available from laboratory size of 5 litres volume to very large production size of 10,000 litres volume and capable of dispersing several thousand liters at a time. The main objective of MIKRONS® High Speed Disperser is intensive high speed, high shear mixing and dispersion of products such as inks, paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, various dispersions, and similar products of low to medium viscosity. The mixer typically consists of a single high speed shaft mounted in the center of the mixing vessel. MIKRONS® twin shaft Mixers are also available, which are provided with slow moving butterfly blade and high shearing Cowles blade for uniform and complete mixing.
